Being a Dad, especially nowadays, is tough. It’s difficult to satisfy all the expectations of “all” the members of a family – sometimes it’s tough to keep only a “couple” happy thru the tough times.

But your “Dad” has fairly exercised his authority & for the most part, been a class act with the 6K+ members of this forum. Probably not too many sons/daughters hear that comment about their old man, until it’s too late to properly appreciate.

Give your Dad a call & say Hi. This simple act is more important than any comments regarding motor oils, will ever accomplish, on this forum!

blue99 thx for the kind words and yes im very lucky to have my dad and at times we all tend take the good things in our life for granted

and morid yes I lack commas and periods but im not a youth anymore and even with bad grammer I could still get my point across. My post was just a quick hi to my dad more as a silly thing and he forgives my lack of proper grammer.

I remember as a lad studying for a spelling test he commented Tarzan and i must of been closely related
