Head gasket replacement at 30,068 miles. Sodium and Potassium are trending down, K was 74/29/8.8 and Na was 60/52/4.8 from coolant leak detection to the current short OCI UOA. I'll now go back to using the Nissan 15208-9E000 oil filters instead of the Motomaster ones. After this analysis I feel comfortable going back to the normal use OCI of 3750 miles (6000 KM).

Did your origional UOA find the leak? I assume Nissan fixed it? This engine is a known head gasket eater.

Yeah Al, the original UOA was what found the coolant leak. Here are the previous two UOA's:

Nissan dealership replaced the head gasket under warranty. I brought the car to the dealership, showed them the first UOA and they did not give me any hassle.
