Model car kits -- who was into 'em?

I remember meticulously glueing 1 or 2 pieces a night jigged not to move while they dried. Now with superglue kid had the whole darn thing done in a day!

Shannow next time you come to Canberra we seriously need to catch up. There are no shortage of old stlye build 'em yourself models. Maybe it's a Canberra thing. By the way have you heard that with all the retail space being built in Canberra, when it's finished we will have four times the retail space per head than Melbourne, Australia's shopping capitl. Unsustainable madness!

I was into planes. F4U-4, Mosquito, Bf-109F, Bf-110, ME262, P-51B, P51D, B-17, P39, and PBY-5A in bright prewar paint. They were all on a shelf that a cat walked along and pushed them off, one by one. I grabbed the cat and threw it as hard as I could, out the back door. It grabbed hold of my arm just as I let it go. Really tore my arm up. I kept torment that cat until it finally got the hint and looked elsewhere for food.

My best friend still has a few dragster models he built over 20 years ago.

Well done, kitty!

I guess I'm glad it wasn't your little sister that ruined your toys.
