Mobil Delvac Spring 2026 Rebate

Am I reading the rebate terms correctly?

It looks like I can purchase 8 gallons of ESP or Extreme and submit a rebate for $80?

Does it matter how many separate purchases/receipts?

Only 2 for the gallon jugs for $10 each. You would need 2 buckets to get $80.

I'm at the 8 week mark, has anyone received theirs?

You'll never get them if you've waited that long. I submitted three on different days. I received the last one after three weeks, but the previous two that I submitted about 5 weeks prior were nowhere to be found.
The tracking system is useless; "received for processing, x amount of days", no way to know the status of the previous submissions.

I don't know where I saw a contact form, but even after filling the form, I received an email two days after, telling me to call (866) 895-9127. Mind you, in the contact form, I gave them everything needed to resolve my issue. After calling and giving them a piece of my mind, I received the others five days later.

The system for the delvac rebates was changed. We could see previous submissions and their statuses in the old dashboard. If you look around this forum for this company Arrowhead Promotions/ Apfco, you'd see so many complaints about the tracking system.

When you call, you can tell them that it's not an isolated case; you can't just randomly decide which rebates to process with no rhyme or reason. No denial/declined email, no response, just silence with a terrible tracking system. Customers shouldn't have to be running around for 10 dollars. Validation of rebates shouldn't be taking 10 weeks. I saw that this same company was in charge of the Mobil 1 rebate with a cup and I didn't bother. Rant over.

I hope this helps.

Yep, your right. Called today and was told it was tagged as unqualified. 2 2.5gal jugs of delvac extreme purchased in store from Walmart. Agent said she would push to find out why. Told me to call back in a week. I've participated in the Delvac rebates for many years. Receipt submitted was same as approved many times before. If not approved I will return oil and move to another brand.

Mine just hit two months. Pretty sure I am going to get hosed on this one. I might call or I might not. I am sure theyre just trying to cut their losses.

Edit, I just called and they stated it wasnt a qualified product. The receipt says "Delv 15w40" with a number code. The rep said that code came back to 5w40 ESP which even though its different its still on the rebate. Who knows at this point. If I get this $20 it will be a miracle

Thankfully the nice part about Walmart is that I will just return them if they don't want to approve mine. Might as well call.

Oddly enough the number in the description on my receipt is exactly the same number as whats on these 2 gallons. I believe they are counting on people not following up in order to cut costs. They dont realize I am retired and its either this or yelling at clouds, unfortunately for them its a blue sky day.
