Is the Mobil CLean 7500 considered a good oil in its synthetic blend class? Also, what is a safe OCI with this oil other than the guaranteed 7500 OCI?

I second that. Show proof not speculation or copying threads that inferred the same thing as proof.

If that was a Group III/IV then people would be all over it. #@$%!, it might be better than Mobil 1.???

is it ok to switch to this oil after 107k of using conventional with 3-4k OCI without worrying about leaks in seals a no auto-rx?

so is Mobil Clean 7500 the best synthetic blend on the market. Also will using the Mobil Clean 7500 bring me as close to a ful synthetic as I can get w/o shelling out more $.

No one really knows the answer to that question. In general, BITOGers dont seem to like synthetic blends too much because they are generally priced midway between a conventional and a synthetic, yet they only have about 15-20% synthetic content. So, they do not seem like a good value.

However, M7500 at one time was stocked by Wallmart where it was priced at about $2.25 a qt. In addition, there were some BITOGers that claimed it was all Group III base oil. There is one more fact, the VOA's show that it has more additives than the M5000. So, it is definately better than a typical conventional oil.

Is it the "best" syn blend on the market? Who knows?
