Which synthetic Mobil oils in the 5w30 and 0w30 have the lowest NOACK ratings, is there a chart that someone has made by chance?

Mobil 1 ESP 5w30 has Noack of 5.6%, which is the lowest Noack of all M1 line, AFAIK.
Why do you care?
Okay, that's a good start, I'd also like to see what the extend performance, annual protection, there Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0w30, and regular Mobil synthetic 5w30 have. Looking for a good oil in the mobile line up with these viscosity for helping to prevent valve deposit on a GDI,

I've never seen a NOACK loss number for Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0w30, but it is a dexos1 oil and will be under 13% loss.
In addition to the ESP mentioned above, I have seen NOACK loss results of 10.1% from the PQIA for Mobil 1 5W30 and about 9% for Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w30 from the Russian Oil Club.
It's quite possible that the latter two formulations could have changes with the recent dexos1 Gen 2 licensing, but those are also two of the oils that seemed more likely to meet that new standard without changes based upon VOAs and what has been published about LSPI resistant oils...just guessing, of course.
