Mobil 1 website oil filter recom'd Fram?

While visiting their website's, 'what oil/oil filter for your car' section, the requisite oils came up, Mobil Super 5000 5w30 conv and syn, 5w30 Mobil 1, Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w30 and Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0w30. Now, I know Mobil 1 makes a filter for my vehicle, Mobil 1-104. But, in there website, they recommend Fram PH/TG 9688. Has anyone else experienced this? Especially since Mobil 1 filters are Champion Labs?

Probably because fram now owns champion labs.

Interesting, they must not think the M1-104 crosses (are you sure it does?)

For my car it recommends an M1, 2 frams and a champ...
