Production date Feb 2025. Sample taken after good shaking of the jug.

This VOA is misleading. This oil is rated for 20,000 miles. Those who are clueless, including me, do a VOA on this oil and dismiss it.

It's more about tbn retention than starting tbn and perhaps it could but I still wouldn't do 20k unless it was in something that drove on the highway all day every day.

@OVERKILL This VOA looks pretty sad. Explain please.
Sad in what way? Looks like what one would expect to see for a typical ILSAC oil. Moly is clearly trimer, given the amount. Low calcium for LSPI prevention. I suspect if you asked them to re-run it, zinc/phos would come up a bit (supposed to be 760/830), but lower levels are not uncommon on VOA's.

Low virgin oxidation points to a lack of esters (probably using AN's, as has been discussed on here previously). I suspect TBN retention will be solid. Looking forward to a UOA from the same lab to see how it holds up.

Will run this same oil for 8k miles and report.

So TBN retention must be doing the trick. Fellow Sienna owner ran this oil for 25k miles(in 15 weeks). He didn't do a UOA though.

Livery use?
Lots of smiles in 3+ months.
TBN retention will be no issue there, that thing was moving and hot most of the time I would postulate.
Not sure what exactly he does but he averages 10,000 miles every 6 weeks.

I average 5000-6000 miles a month. 5k miles on HPL 0w16 so far. Will change the filter at 6k and see what I find. Will run the oil till 10k, I want my money's worth lol.

From the Mobil video's the biggest factor that I gathered are these 20k mile oils will hold their viscosity longer. Now, the additive pack does play a role during the longer interval of course. 1500 PPM detergent/dispersant should be ok. Biggest reason is "Change it annually" clause. If you're racking up 20k in a year they know that's highway.
