If you have the choice between Mobil 1 HM as a 10W30 & 10W40 and they're both labelled as being full synthetic and are the same price, then go for the 10W30. Less VII, lower Noack and a modicum of fuel economy make 10W30 the logical choice.

Thanks - They sell both but running 10w30 - that engine is tight - just starting to oil stain more around rear seal (does not drip). GM small blocks tend to do that over time ...
