Mobil 1 0W-20 T&SUV @Amazon

I'm thinking this is just labeled as truck oil... is just a marketing thing, Or is there a difference between "non truck" car oil? and can this be used in a car?
Thank you for any thoughts

According to a video from Lake Speed Jr he investigated and says there is a difference. I believe it had more shear stability additives. I bought some for use in my car.

Thanks, that would be interesting to know if there is any performance difference. I would be using it in a 2.5 4 cylinder non-turbo. And for that price, seems like a good deal unless it's a blowout because of some unknown! I might give it a try.

Received my single jug yesterday. They shipped it in a rectangle box about the size of the jug, laying down. One piece of thin brown packing paper. Somehow it survived and didn't get crushed, so I guess ya can't argue with results....

I’m sure they are trying to get rid of it, I purchased a bunch of it when AA was trying to liquidate it. It’s not highly rated oil. VOAshows it to be less than average and my used analysis from Blackstone on my 2022 Blazer said it wasn’t holding up well after only 2800 miles.

I've seen Mobil 1 Truck and SUV 0W-20 being highly rated and holding its weight better than some other 0W-20s (higher resistance to shearing)...sorry to read your experience with it Ridgelineguy...
