Yup...not only that, but I can tell the performance (response) difference when a certain Sunoco is BS'ing the grade and has mixed the 94 with others. There are certain Sunoco's I won't fill up at and I avoid the one's with mixed pumps.

Over what do the guys get less fuel economy? Sunoco's 92?

They get less economy with Sunoco 94 compared to the other company's premiums, such as Esso or Shell. It's the ethanol in Sunoco which causes the lower fuel economy.

I find my car has the best throttle response with Shell's Optimax 91 octane. Although Esso 91 is still pretty good too. For some reason my car just doesn't seem to like Sunoco 94 too much.

Actually even if Sunoco is saying it doesn't have MMT, I personally wouldn't be suprised if it is still in the tanks up here in Canada. From what I hear the Cdn. govt and such have been trying to get rid of this crap in the gas for years, but due to certian loopholes in Free Trade agreement, or something like that they can't touch the stuff. Hmm wish we had that option down here. No Sunoco's but if there was one and they had no MMT, i'd definatley be filling up there. We do have Husky's and Mohawks that I could swear have 94 octane though, maybe the same company???
