Mixing aluminum complex grease with lithium complex grease?

I have a 75-ton Marine Travelift, a 20-ton cherry picker, a Kubota mini excavator, and a small Kubota tractor. They are all very active so get greased frequently. I was looking into switching over to Schaeffer's 238 grease (aluminum complex) from various lithium complex greases (XHP 322 Mine, Valvoline Synpower). The machines are all full of these lithium greases currently. The sales rep told me that I wouldn't have any issues mixing these two grease types, does anybody have any experience with this?

You will NOT have a compatiblity issue what so ever. Schaeffers will not disappoint
