I mixed some Toyota Red LLC coolant with distilled in advance and its on the shelf. Plan to use if for top offs and a drain and fill next year or 2. What is the shelf life? Is it aging?

If it is in the original container and the cap is replaced tightly it should last for a very long time.
It is only when it is in service does it take a beating, even then it lasts for half a decade.

Isn't it funny though, how much longer, "Half a decade" sounds than "5 years"? or is it just me?

Research says its all about air. The jugs mixed 50/50 are full and caps are tight so I'm good, thanks for the responses.
