Earlier today I heard something I had never heard before on how to build a team culture. The "4Hs", by the New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel.
What I like about the 4Hs is that it is simple, easy to remember, easy to use. Coach Vrabel believes the 4HS builds awareness of the team, and is a difference maker in building a trusting team culture. I think the 4hs can easily be used one on one to get to know someone.
