MICROGUARD MGL 10255 CUT OPEN

That’s for sure. Inside, the round holes well cut, as good or better than I’ve seen. The glue band at the bottom is how it should look, a nice small bead. I’m not cutting them open, even if I paid like $1.20 each. $12-$10 off, plus tax. Plan to use.
C&P after use.

Let’s keep this thread on topic please. Topic filter is a WIX not a Premium Giard or MICROGARD.
Now I’m seriously blown away by that remark. Did you even look at my filter in this thread????

Not disputing what I see.

Exactly, it’s a MICROGARD filter that was WIX made.
That should have been pointed out early in the thread for those who don't know some of these low end MircoGards can be M+H made. They technically are not really "Wix made", because M+H also makes Wix. M+H owns Wix now.

Well, Zee I’m at stage of life where I’ve discovered some folks I just can’t reach. And I just don’t give a 💩💩 to try

Stude thanks for the c&p as always.

Construction and assembly look fine to me (unless I missed something), looks like M+H are shorting media area for MicroGard jobber line. Not a good idea with small filters, also likely majority cellulose in the media "paper" seem to make the filter more susceptible to moisture in the oil causing growth of media height and then the waves.
I have C&P Federated AP that did the same thing shorting media area; so nothing new for jobber filters. I would advise to never use a jobber, even with a short OCI. Now what did I just put on my wife's car, LOL

Do I spy a tear ?
