Michelin XLT/AS vs Defender LTX MS?

Not "savage". mrsilv04 has been posting the same no-info anti-Michelin posts for years, and does not respond to requests for more info. Thanks to OVERKILL, we have a more complete picture of how silly his vendetta against the then SIX or SEVEN YEAR OLD tires he blames for his accident.

As mentioned previously, i believe they are the same tire.

Apparently not. mrsilv04's tire was the LTX M/S, which was replaced by the LTX M/S2, which has been replaced by the lighter weight Defender LTX.

I have owned the LTX M/S2 and currently own the "X LT" box store version which is exactly the same as the Defender LTX, and the "X LT/Defender LTX" are NOT the same tires as the LTX MS/2.

2. I was not responding about mrsilv tires. I was responding to the OP’s question about the box store x LT and defender LTX.

Like you, I’ve used the m/s2 and now the ltx defenders.

The key thing here is the club tire is the exact same tire so there is no versus here, the only difference is the lower price and the name X LT A/S. Even the description on the Michelin web site is identical,except one of them adds the words Club Exclusive.
