Costco has Michelin blades on sale again. $7.99 for a a pretty decent beam blade is hard to pass up on.
I've always had Bosch blades wear out fairly quickly compared to in the past. PIAA blades are amazing but the blade is incredibly soft and I would assume that ice in the winter would chew them up.I tried them a couple times, never had great results regarding streaking and chatter.
The best I have used are the Bosch Icon and now the Bosch Envision. Yup, they are a lot more $$ but for me like many things the performance/safety is worth it on certain things.
I've found that you have to go on youtube to see how to install them. They give you a lot of adapters and lousy instructions. I've been using them on all my vehicles with no problems. Keep an extra set around. The set I bought didn't fit the arms.
After buying OEM blades for my 4Runner I won't be going back to aftermarket blades. They just work.On my current and past Hondas I have found the OEM wiper inserts work great for me...Even the newer beam arm type can be changed....
The set I bought didn't fit the arms.
IMO Nope....Is this better then the refills from the oem? Usually priced about the same hence why I ask
Go back to OEM and then just purchase the inserts...This. Have a set on the Accord right now. The plastic bracket that is supposed to snap across the arm will not stay secure.
