I first noticed this brand at Pep Boys. Now RockAuto is starting to carry their stuff.

Their prices are a bit lower than Spicer Professional and Moog. Does anyone have any experience with their products?

chinese stuff that works.

I would prefer using moog but most customers are CHEAP so money dictates. I'd use moog for difficult balljoint jobs but for tie rod ends the mevotech's potentially last as long as the more expensive moogs.

MOOG also has their china lower line called thread savers. Those are the same quality as the mevotechs.

Tread saver/OE is mediocre, Advance auto has 'em. Yes they actually brand themselves as "OE" but it doesn't stand for original equipment.

Had lots of missing zerks/cotter pins, and the tolerances are loose so one needs an alignment even if just replacing an old part in the same spot.

I think that(removed non site sponsor link) Brand is an OK brand for the suspension of your car. I have tried that part on my car and it is so far so good. Kinda weird at first but the brand is indeed fit for your car and your budget.

I'd gladly pay extra for Moog but for certain items I only see Mevotech listed on Rock Auto.com. The irony here is that buying has been made SO much easier on Rock Auto that I'm often hesitant to special-order stuff from the parts store.

I have had a Mevotech lower control arm on my ION for about 3000 miles now. This was my only choice besides using OEM parts. I didn't want to use OEM because they were more expensive and the OEM LCA bushing I removed was clearly defective.

So far I am happy with the part but it still needs to last a few more years to prove better than OEM.

I don't know about their durability, but when I intalled Mevotech ball joints on one of my father's vehicles last year the supplied grease fittings had such long threads that they locked against the ball when I tightened them down. Fortunately, I noticed the problem on the bench immediately after I installed the fittings. I used some other fittings I had.
