This is on my ‘09 E350 with the 722.6 5 spd transmission. It’s driven about a 1,000 miles a year. Last year I noticed shifts feeling loose in 2-3 and 3-4 just before I put it in winter storage. I’ve driven it only a 150 miles this year and I’ve logged some data that I’m hoping someone here with more experience can help me understand what’s going.
In my limited experience with transmissions, am I looking at a valve body replacement or rebuild with Sonnax/Transgo shift improvement kits? The drop in fluid pressure seems to be real odd and might be causing the issues I’m having.

Is there anything else I can try before diving into a valve body replacement?

I had done a pan drop / filter change about 5k miles ago along with 13 pin connector and Pentosin 134 from FCP. This year, I’ve done a 3qt drain and fill twice (first with Pentosin 134 and second one with Maxlife ATF and added Lubeguard red). Really made no difference. Fluid is dark maroon/cherry color. 13 pin connector o-ring (on the wire harness side) is still dry.

My shifting issues were prior to using Maxlife ATF. The data logs above are after the 1st drain and fill this year and before the 2nd drain and fill (when I added Maxlife ATF the first time).
I took the chance with Maxlife atf after reading posts on Benz world on W210, 211, 202 and 203 sub forums where users with much higher mileage reported no issues. Maxlife MDS shows MB236.10/.12/.14 compatibility.
It’s the 722.9 and Maxlife combo where people on Benzworld recommend staying away from.
