Meguin and Liqui Moly, same oils different prices?

I have found that Meguil id a company owned by Liqui Moly
Some oils are identical: same technical data but the price changes. An example:
Liqui Moly TopTec 4600, price: 9euro / l.
Meguin Megol Efficiency 5w30, Price: 5euro / l

And so many other oils.
I think the price difference is exaggerated. My cousin sent an email to the LM to verify if maybe that for Meguil use different bases. But I do not think, the tech data of some oils are really identical.

LM responded to the email saying that the formulations of the oils are, however, different. Can it be?
