Meguiar's Ultimate Compound (black bottle)

I tried Meguiar's Ultimate Compound (black bottle) and was really impressed the results. It really cleaned the paint of residue and removed light scratches. I put Meguiar's Cleaner Wax on top of it and was really impressed overall.
I detailed cars 20 years ago and always used Meguiar's products, but the new formula in the Ultimate compound is way better than the old #2 Cleaner

At Walmart, the Compound was $8 and the Cleaner Wax was $6.

My 2003 Focus looks great after spending $14.

I used the Ultimate Compound on 3 other vehicles and it left a noticeable difference on all of them.

Agreed. I just used the Ultimate Compound to remove a bunch of swirls and minor abrasions on my dark blue car. Really cleaned up the paint and made it look like new again. I used a rotary buffer which made it a breeze. Topped it off with Klasse AIO and then Mequiar's #21. Oh yeah, don't forget to clay your paint if it isn't smooth to the touch.
