Mazda FL-22 coolant ?

My mazda3 has this fl-22 coolant and the manual says it's good for 10 years or 190 000 kms!!!
Is it me or does this sound a bit much ?

Pretty standard for long-life coolent today. I have no problems with that as long as I keep a check on the color.
