I swear I seen it in Walmart, but maybe I didn't see the synthetic version, it is defiantly on Walmart.com. I also believe I seen it at Autozones and Advanced Auto Stores.

I picked up a 5qt jug of Full Synthetic 5w30 and a Bosch D+ Friday at Autozone for like $30.99...

Autozone more times than not are not price friendly, but when they have sales there hard to beat. Looks like you found yourself a great price there.

Not in So Cal.

Until last year the lowest synthetic oil price I could buy was from Kragen(O'Reilly now) and Pep Boys, mostly Valvoline Synpower, after rebate. Some cases were as low as $0.49/qt and same cases were more than FAR (got 2 rebates, 1 from Kragen and 1 from Valvoline, so that I pocketed some changes).

Never buy oil from Autozone because their sale price wasn't low enough, to my standard (less than $2/qt for syn and $1/qt for dino).

I hate autozones oil specials, as they either give you a FRAM or STP filter, which I dont prefer to use. Just my opinion.
