I have a 2013 Buick LaCrosse. I replaced the stock windshield washer pump: the stock line is made of corrugated plastic. Without getting into detail, I replaced the line coming out of the pump into rubber.

I want to join the rubber line coming out of the pump, and the factory corrugated plastic line. Here’s the problem: the stock GM line is corrugated plastic. If I put a vacuum line coupler between both lines, the plastic line is inflexible/rigid, and the line won't clamp down sufficiently to grip the coupler without leaking.

The corrugated plastic windshield washer line is hidden through the fender and up the cowl – it’s unreachable - otherwise I would just put rubber all the way through.

How would you join both hoses? Pictures included for reference

Thank you

(EDIT: The rubber line coming out of the windshield washer pump is on the left; the plastic corrugated factory line is on the right)

Barb fitting that goes into both hoses and clamp it down. If you wan't overkill, get out out the o-ring kit and find an o-ring that fits inside a couple of the corrugations before clamping it down.

This is good to know, I've never seen this "corrugated" rubber before. Interesting!
