Any filter head that will take a PH8 will also take a seriously long Baldwin filter as well. I'll post the part number later, but the filter is 7 inches long. That will add more than a quart of filter capacity all on its own.

Most of the 7 inch PH8 style filters are real rock catchers. The Baldwin is very efficient.

Yas. Its probably similar to the Wix number Im thinking of, and yeah its a 40 micron but we need heat buffering capacity here big time to take someone stomping on the gas making the t-case slip and put out a ton of BTUs.
To have capacity and filtration would be even better.
Definetly post it, Im curious as well and Ill put it in my notes.

Baldwin B7311-MPG

I used to use that on my Jeep before I used a stud converter to use the LF9028.

Equivalent NAPA rock catcher is 1459.



I use 1459 on my Perkins-engined propane forklifts. Being propane, the engine could get away with a screen.
