About 3,4 yrs ago I bought several cases of Kendall synthetic blend oil. I have run out and can no longer get it local. Thinking about Pennzoil synthetic blend or Quaker State synthetic blend. I can get both at Wally world. Car is a 2007 Ford Edge with just over 100,000 miles.

Sounds good, give it a whirl and see if you notice a difference. Variety is the spice of life.

I've been running Motorcraft 5w30 lately in my Matrix with good results.

I've used Kendall oil for years and also have trouble finding convenient places to buy it. Based on zip codes, your closest source appears to be Keystops LLC, 375 Reasonover Drive, Franklin KY 42134. Hope this helps.

They sale in bulk don't need 55gl drum

Since you drive a Ford, Motorcraft Blend was made and designed for Fords, and has had excellent UOA's here on BITOG.

Sold at WalMart for $17 and change for a 5 quart jug.

If I ever move over to a blend, that would be my choice for my Ford.

Currently I've been using M1 0w20 AFE, a Fram Ultra fiter, with 10K OCI's. Its a perfect combination for my vehicle.

Started out with Motorcraft but my car burned it for some reason. Made the switch To kendall and it stopped.

My local Alco (midwest chain store) had Kendall GT-1 (with liquid titanium. I LOVE that sales pitch!) on sale for $2/quart. I stocked up. Sadly, my local Alco store closed up and my cheap source of Kendall has dried up also.

If they can get it in bulk they can also get cases.
You might call them and ask.
Online, you might try Petroleum Service Company, although you'd need to order at least a couple of cases for the shipping cost per quart to make sense.
We also have a memeber here who's toyed with the idea of selling off his Kendall syn stash.
He may chime in.
You could also just ride the deal wave and use the syn du jour.
Walmart is clearancing old Ultra for $21.00/jug or less, for one example.
AAP will part with five quarts of Havoline syn plus the stoutly made Driveworks oil filter for a couple of sawbucks, for another.
If you really want to continue with Kendall, it's out there.
If you want to play the field, there are plenty of good oils available at better prices.

Yeah I had bought 12qts of Kendall FS and did two OCs last winter with it. I liked it.
Then when I wanted more, the shop I bought it from doesn't have it anymore. I called all around my around and can't find it locally except the local Firestone uses it but wouldn't sell me any.
I could order it on line, but chose to go back to PP which is what I was using prior, and its available locally.
Kind of a bummer that Kendall is good stuff but not as readily available like so many other oils OTC.

I looked at them but with shipping it makes more sense to just get my oil local

I bought four cases of Kendall Full Syn from a local distributor here in the Atlanta area. With tax about $180 for 48 quarts. Approx. $3.75/quart (give or take a penny either way). If I'm down that way again, I'll probably stop in for a few more if the price remains the same.

That's a really good price based on what I've seen. My best option is a store in Leesburg, FL that sells Kendall full synthetic for $4.03 a quart plus tax.

Why the loyalty to this particular brand? Or maybe I'm misinterpreting what you're saying, since a lot of people are telling you where you might find Kendall still for sale.

If your down around I4, between Tampa and Lakeland (actually just inside Lakeland from Tampa on I4), they were willing to sell to me at the same price that the Atlanta distributor did, although I don't think $4.03/quart is that bad either. The company is called Seaboard Distribution. Talked to them on the phone and they were real nice.
