Introducing Mainty

I kinda threw this together with AI for myself, but I'm making it available to the world because I think y'all might find it useful. I recommend using Docker to run Mainty, but if you have a web hosting account, you can upload it there.

PS: Remember you can use the settings icon to change the "quick tasks" that appear when you start typing in the "maintenance name" field when you are adding a new maintenance record.
