That's the title of the video. Whoever posted it to Youtube, failed to mention that. They (or someone) also performed some poor sound editing in parts of the video. But for the most part, it is as the makers (Fast Bikes Magazine) intended.

Fast Bikes magazine was one of my favorites! Good to see Shakey Byrne again even if it is an old video.
I should have made a full explanation in the original post.
For those that don't know, Shane (Shakey) Byrne, went on to become a successful road racer.
