No it is not safe if using the old gun power flash system.

The main "rails" are made from an old garage door track, the "uprights" made from garage door braces. The cross members made from old bed rails and some old wire rack shelving. The back part is simply made from scrap lumber. I use it to haul long tree branches to the burn pile, (and sometimes scrap metal from my scrap metal pile to my shop - they're on opposite ends of the property).
