We all know here that most Lucas products are garbage, but what about the synthetic oils they offer such as the 5W30 and the 10W30? They both have the API donut on the bottle. But do they really meet all the specs that they claim? I noticed all of Lucas products have a lot of phrases and advertising on each bottle, gimicky if you ask me. How about the 15W40 high TBN long drain diesel oil, is it any good? Reason I ask is because I can get Lucas products at a good price through my job.

Doubt if they fake the API donut, they're big enough to have naming rights to a stadium-- I think that would be risky behavior. Assume they blend oil, and it's not just naming rights like STP, right?
Use it. The Lucas licensed motor oil is quality stuff.

The Lucas API stuff is a generic product, similar to NAPA and other lubricants. It isn't a premium product, but it isn't bad either. If you get it for a good price there is no issue in using it.
Their transmission fix additive has kept my old buck trans shifting, so I would say their is great...

Honestly I've tried Lucas Transmission Fix twice and it did nothing. However, Bars Transmission Repair (two-part bottle) fixed my Suburban right up and my friend bought that truck from me and abuses it every day and the transmission is still perfect.

Not sure for all Lucas oils but the base stock supplier for the magnum synthetic 15w40 is a chemical supplier from New Rochelle, NY company name parchem. Lucas synthetic labels kind of mirror havoline synthetic blend labels. Lucas is sneaky for sure.

I have never used any Lucas oil products, but use a bottle of their fuel system cleaner at every oil change on my cars. Although, fuel injection normally isnt a big problem with cars today, I have never had a fuel related issue.

See this is where it could be stated that using a different product (Gumout Regane, Chevron Techron, Redline SI-1, AMSOIL P.I, etc) that's proven to be effective could have delivered a better result or not using any additives at all would have been fine too...

Dog...agree with you 100%..maybe it's as much as a mental thing..I could have not used it and had injector problems

I think the only way to find out if Lucas oil is worth the discount price mentioned by the OP, is to try it and see what it does for your engine. If you like it and it makes you feel warm and fuzzy then it was worth it. If you don't like it then it is not worth it. Either way it meets spec so it won't hurt your engine.
Regarding Lucas in general, they are hit or miss (at least for the products I tried). Their intake cleaner in the little bottles did nothing for me. Their spray wax is top notch. Their interior cleaner/detailer is solid, albeit a little spendy. Their best product IMO is the universal power steering fluid (the one that says "...even Honda" on the bottle). That stuff really smoothed out the steering on both my cars, where OEM fluid (Honda) and others did nothing to fix notchy turns.
