Lucas Synthetic Gear Oil ??

I had my ring & pinion gear changed form 3:55 to 4:30 on my 04 Marauder. I went with the Lucas gear oil because the parts man recommendation. After reading a previous thread about changing new gear out @ 5K-10K made me wonder about doing the same. Have any of you guys used Lucas products before and what's your thoughts? BTW, the car had 500 miles when changed.

My recommendation is to change the "break-in" gear oil within a reasonable time.

As long as the gear oil meets the requirements, it'll work fine.
