Like I clearly said, I waited for the idle to re adjust. The point is that I needed an adjustment in the first place. This normally would never happen.
On the highway, you are not at idle conditions. When you stop, THEN any changes are modified. This is what happened.

The product in not Lubro Moly oil, but the additive - it has loads of very fine colloidal Moly in it.

I just got a case UPS'd to me and added about 1/2 a bottle .

Care to let Johnny and us know ? Or it is a secret deal that can not be disclosed ?

If your talking the additive like Johnny's pic he posted that can be had at any NAPA for around $4 ea. and treats 4-6 qts.

I wish my local NAPA's carried it.
But for a few bucks more, no driving, and no sales tax, the internet is very suitable for me with this product.
The case is only 4 bottles.

Went by my local NAPA yesterday afternoon and they had two of them. They were $4.29 each. They even had two gallons of the Lubro Moly 5W-40 and three gallons of the Lubro Moly 10W-40/with the MoS2 already in it. Parts guy said they sell a lot of the 10W-40 during the winter for all the old rust buckets running round town. I asked him who he sells the 5W-40 to and he replied the Audi and BMW owners.

I'm using half a can in my 4 quart sump (I think a little goes a long way when its added to an oil having some moly in it already, as Syntec does), and its never affected my idle, although in another thread an increase in idle speed was reported by some users of it. Initially I was going to use a full can of it, but I just had half a can on hand when I did my last OC and never got around to getting another one.

LM mos2 is one that's really difficult for me to post any kind of quantified results with, but I add it anyway on the basis of it being cheap recognized for its friction reducing AW properties. Its the only oil additive I'm using this OCI, although there are some other LM products I may try later, in addition to mos2 (on another OC).

This is what I do. I never remember the part # either, but they have a catalogue and they look it up for me.
