OK, ive figured it out. But before i spent 20 dollars on shipping, is LC20 effective at removing sludge?

Many times got the run around and then they said they would refund me and haven't seen anything in over a week.

They were suppose to refund and still ship order out and its been over a week now and nothing, but come monday they will be hearing from me.
