Lower ball joints wont take grease?

That's one option. Another is take a needle/etc to press the ball in, then squirt in some solvent and wait. I mean only a tiny amount of solvent. Another option is take the fitting off and do that, with more solvent.

It seems like the zero fittings are clogged. Should I just replace the zerks?
Changing those fittings would be my first step. There may be enough grease in there to last a long time. I wouldn't replace the joints till they get loose or start making noise.

Why bother with buying specialty grease zerc tools when the zercs are simple to swap out and are cheap and readily available at any part store..

That's what I was going to ask. I bought some once and the once I bought didn't really want to thread In.

There are metric and SAE zerks but some counter folks just say to use a socket and force it such that the zerk cuts its own thread. I’ve used the zerk tool with solvent to clean up an inner tie rod end where the zerk was a ways from the actual joint and the blockage was inside the rod and not the zerk. A new zerk did not help in that case.
