Hey guys I had a question about the flashpoint in an oil. I'm looking at trying out STP's conventional oil and I noticed the flashpoint was low compared to other oils I've seen. The flashpoint on the stp oil is 200 degrees fahrenheit while supertech full synthetic is somewhere over 400. Should I be concerned? Will the stp hold up or should I go with the supertech or other name brand?

As mentioned, that is most definitely a typo. 200F wouldn't work at all. 200C (392F) is still pretty low IMO. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but isn't 200C the minimum requirement for flash point? So all a company really needs to do is state their oil's flashpoint is at least 200C (i.e. ">200C"). I know Castrol's PDS used to say this for almost all of their oils and it drove me crazy.
