Looking for the best. I used to swear by Seafoam, but after seeing a video on Youtube where a guy adds it to a brand new motor and it still smokes, then even leaves a lifter in it overnight and the Seafoam looks completely clear and the valve was still black. I'm looking for the best additive to clean out my combustion chamber.. Seeing as I used Seafoam for my fuel injector too, I'm looking for something good for that too, also is it worth running an octane booster with a injector cleaner because it will drop octane since its not gas?

By the way, Hello everybody. I'm new here, I drive a 02 Dodge Neon R/T (daily driven), and a 52 Dodge Truck as a project,I have always used opinions on this site to guide me, I'm glad to be a part of the community now.

Yes,B12.Seafoam does nothing. Its isopropyl alcohol and light oil mostly.Overhyped and overpriced.Oh,and it can do everything (engine oil,gas,stabilizer...etc... not.)

I've done it via an Inverse Oiler, only because I have the Inverse Oiler installed. IMO for a quick cleanup there are better products, B12 comes to mind.

Another vote for Kreen.

Okay so B12 it is, I seen it today and was wondering. Thanks for the help. I've been using a lot of cleaners. should I change plugs, or oil afterwards?

In the passed few days ive used
STP (In a white can like seafoam)
MMO
Restore head lubricant

Got smoke coming out the back from all of them. Will the smoke stop when its clean?
