Looking at 2001 Z06...

I shot this guy an offer of $21k, pending inspection/test drive, for this car:

I would want to know what happened to the original engine - if he beat on the car THAT bad that it needed a new engine, what is the rest of the car like?

If you read through the thread, it was hydrolocked due to a goofy CAI he was running.

Oh, yeah, I get that. I just thought it was all pics, and after I'd seen a few, I closed it.

That must have been a pretty big pudle to drwon and hydrolock the engine...or the CAI was mounted really, really low...?

On my neon forum someone managed to hydrolock their engine too with a low mounted CAI... I can't say I've had to drive a car over the axles in a puddle, usually you can get around it...
