I sent a message to Castrol saying that I was an avid user of their GC and would like some stickers, they replied back to me next day.
"Thank you for contacting Castrol North America.
We would be happy to send you some Castrol oil change reminder stickers for

Got the M1 sticker package, wow! Got 12 OC stickers from Castrol. Got a nice sticker package from RP also.
Now my kids toy 4 wheelers are all stickered up, looks awesome and my son loves them. Makes his little 4-wheeler look like some racing machine. lol

Never received anything from Shell.
I just sent an e-mail to Valvoline. Let's see what they send me.

I sent an email to Pennzoil and they replied back: "We don't give free Pennzoil branded stickers out to the public, we only sell them to our account holders. If you would like to purchase non-Pennzoil branded ones, please follow the link below"
I thought that was pretty cheesy since I use they're product, and I told them so. I also let them know that Exxon/Mobil had no problem giving they're customers Mobil 1 oil change stickers, and that loyalty had to go both ways!
