Our local Wally World has stopped carrying the Super Tech line of full synthetic oils. They still have the ST syn blend and have plenty of the usual synthetics in stock. I've emailed their corporate office but got no response. I asked a store clerk about it and he said, after checking 'in the back' the he'd ask the manager about it.

Anyone else notice this product missing from their local WM shelves? FWIW, it's a downright decent oil and costs $2.97 per qt.

for 2.97/qt, I would rather use the havoline synthetic from autozone. it's the same price and a group 3 like walmart syn is

Ordering oil seems to be a responsibility of the tire lube express manager. This seems to be a fiefdom within the walmart where others fear to tread. So suck up to him.

There are also 5 quart jugs for $11 or $12, added savings, as long as you're in the ordering mood. I already bought next winter's supply, as stock is spotty.

At my local Walmart, they got probably one shipment of the 5 quart jugs of ST syn for 11.88 a pop. I picked up 3 jugs, but haven't seen any since. I think they've stopped carrying it because the price has been taken off the shelf. No more 5w30 quarts here, only 10w30 and it looks like they are phasing them out.

Both Walmarts here in Virginia beach.. Yesterday I had to search for the 10w30 Synthetic.. they are hard to find... but the Synthetics in the jug and the 5w30 synthetic quarts are easy to find. I also bought a Suptech Oil filter.

I was just in wallymart today and they had the 5 quart jugs for 11 bucks. I didn't need any oil, but I just like walking around the oil aisle anyway.

I would never buy it when the mobil1 is only 8 bucks more for the 5 quart jug.
