The R30 video is being re-released. This time, in Blu-Ray only (no standard DVD) and the entire show will be on the disc, unlike the chopped version that was originally offered. See www.rushisaband.com for more info...

Lots of mention for Phil Rudd. I grew up on a steady diet of AC/DC but never paid much attention to Phil's drumming.

I'm surprised no one has said Roger Taylor yet.

Some of my other favorites are jazz drummers Butch Miles and Buddy Rich and session drummers Jim Keltner and Jim Gordon. Now that I think of it, BUDDY Miles, who played with Hendrix, was also good.

I also have to mention Mickey Jones. You might recognize the face if not the name, he's a character actor who shows up a lot. He played with Dylan on the world tour when Bob went electric. Excellent work in those concerts.

A Denny Carmassi mention! He's underrated like John Molo or John Densmore. Very good with Heart. He's also on a few tracks of Cinderella's Long Cold Winter album.

That's why I mentioned him.

That disc is even better than Night Songs. After that, Cinderella's stuff went downhill as did VH after David Lee Roth left. Oops, I forgot to mention Tommy Lee.

I agree! Cozy Powell played on "If you don't like it"...a classic Cozy performance. I think Denny played on most of the remainder of the album.

Cinderella's 3rd album was a huge disappointment.
