Les Schwab, reputable company?

I've never had Discount Tire push anything except ask if my wiper blades had been changed recently. When I lookd for Tires at Les Schwab they were comparably priced to discount tire but only had Chinese branded tires that fit my vehicle which is a no go.

Driving home from a Superbowl party at my daughter's, the car behind me and my car had the misfortune of running over a spike strip set out on I-5 by the Kelso police department. Both of my left tires and both of his right tires. The police had a tow truck take our cars to Les Schwab for service. The manager was still drunk when he got there and treated us so badly I had to call 911. I complained to Les Schwab headquarters in Prineville and never got a reply. There is no chance I would ever buy any service from a Les Schwab anywhere.

Only tire purchases from them was around fifteen years ago for my car and truck. Both went well, but the local store closed down so I have not been back.
