it's leaking from oil filter adapted housing and oil pan gasket. It leak 1 quart every 30 min while driving it and let it sit by the time it get morning I have to add 2 quarts everyday. After these I took it to Goodyear n they fix the oil filter housing but they couldn't fix the oil pan gasket leaking. They told me that they did the job three times by using rtv gasket liquid because company don't make oil pan gasket for this van. Anyway the van is still leaking oil from the oil pan gasket. Also they told me that van getting old so they can't do nothing about it on oil pan gasket from stop leaking.

That's a lot of oil leaking. Any good indy repair shops around that can tackle this? Shouldn't be that hard to change. Goodyear shops specialize in the cheap, fast repair and maintenance items.

If they say they can't make it stop leaking either they don't have an actual mechanic on staff or they think you have no money. Go someplace else.

Your Ody has oil leaks after only four hundred thousand miles?
A shop couldn't fix what sound like pretty straightforward leaks?
You're not trolling, are you?

Agree.

Hello everyone,

yes it have 400k miles on it n im going to take it to other dealership or Honda dealership. We was going to pay whatever it take but Goodyear told me they can't stop it and I wonder if my oil filter housing was leaking or they was just trying to make my money from me for nothing. Before they installed new oil filter housing they did not come and show me old oil filter housing so I guess they got me. Anyway I can tell they did put new oil filter housing in or not? Can they go bad?

thats super hard to read could you take an extra 20s and make it easier on the eyes.

The gasket maker by permetex should seal that right up. Also, any decent mechanic can make a gasket from generic cork or rubber gasket material.
