LE 8130 is now SM/SL approved?

After several years of considering using this engine oil, I was always concerned about Lubrication Engineers reluctance to submit LE 8130 for a higher API rating than SH. It looks like they finally have. I think I might give it a try in my S2000 (10W30 recommended) if I can find some of the new stuff. Does anyone have any experience with it yet? I couldn't find anything on search. The new numbers look like it should work well in a SE Texas climate, but as the PDS states, it has only adequate cold cranking properties. A very well made motor oil that shows exceptionally well in oil analysis and observation over the years. Use with confidence in the S2000 and VERIFY with analysis to be sure for YOUR application.

Well, I finally got around to using some of this LE 8130 in my 2003 G35. The last 5500 miles I've been doing Auto-Rx clean and rinse phases, so I was excited to finally see how the famous LE Monolec Ultrablend would perform. I kept saying "now that's what I'm talking about!" from starting the car this morning, to finally getting back from a 30 mile trip to the car wash so I can wax the car this afternoon. I even had to back out of the throttle once when I stepped on it going 10 MPH to keep the rear tires from spinning. I honestly can't ever remember this happening before in this car on a clean, dry road.

Now, I don't know what to do with the 15 qts of GC I have lined up to use in my S2000 when it's done with ARX rinse phase. It might be destined for lawnmower duty I guess!
