Last night was Lamb chop, Gnocchi in sage butter and parmasan cheese, steamed green beans- super easy and clean and delicious. Everything purchased at Trader Joes.

Lamp chop was simply seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a heavy amount of dried rosemary, on the grill for about 12 minutes.

Gnocchi was boiled for three minutes, then put in a frying pan that had ample butter and fresh sages leaves, after drench the gnocchi in butter turned the heat off and cover in parmesean cheese.

Green beans were simply steamed in a rice cooker for 14 minutes, put on plate, a dollup of butter and salt.

Super easy meal to make-m very clean to eat and satisfying.

Looks very good. What's in your glass? Pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon? Chianti? Merlot?
Gnarly Head Old Vine Zinfandel. It is our house wine. In Utah we pay about $12 per bottle (non competitive wine market).

Was working in California last year and stopped by a place called Grocery Outlet. Had this same exact bottle for $5.99. Wish we lived near a Grocery Outlet!!

Unconventional but Zinfandel goes great with lamb. Grocery Outlet seems to buy overstock and you can often get a really good deal. They don't always carry the same products which can be frustrating.
