Cars and humans have very different viscosity requirements. Beer weight and oil weight are reversed in cool vs hot weather.

Summer: Higher viscosity oils 40wt. Drink low visc 10w30 Pilsner or 20wt American Lager. 0W-5 (like NEO) lite beers if you wish but I'll pass.

Fall: 40wt Brown Ale and Porter

Winter Low cranking temp 5w30 oil. Drink 20W-50 Stout or IPA, 60wt Dopplebock, 70+wt Barley wine for the coldest nights.

Spring: 10w30 Wheat Beer.

Beer seminar ? Oh, always ready. Pils, preferably of Czech origine, please.

would that be budwar (original budweiser), chechvar, pilsner urquil? they do make the finest pilsners. the irish and english have the best beers according to my palatte.
the micro brews from the west coast do make some awesome beers too!

Relaxed with some Barr Street Bock Friday night. There was a shuttle bus back to the convention hotel. I think the group had about 40 people and 6 dogs. Some of the other patrons weren't used to such a group. I don't think the dogs were allowed any beer.

Many good types, for any taste. Budwar is considered among the best and still very popular, but heard from my Czech friends that its quality had deteriorated last years. To tell the truth I could not notice it last week. Personally I prefer Krushovice and Stropramen. Pilsner Urquell is slightly more bitter then I like. A wonderful country: very nice, clean, friendly, good cuisine, Slivovica and, naturally, beer.
