Picking one of these up on the weekend, has just over 5000 hours on it. Old owner has done maintenance, but I want to start fresh

Can anyone suggest a good bang for the buck oil filter? I think the WIX 51344 is compatible based on my research, and its $16 on Amazon. I think maybe the FRAM Ultra XG9688 which is just $10, but I'm not 100% sure on my cross reference research

Or, should I go OEM?

HH160-32093 Look like the correct OEM? There are like 10 different ones listed, how do I know which one is correct?

carquest premium is made by premium guard as an XL filter. look up “carquest premium C&P” on here and you’ll see the MANY i’ve cut open. always flawless and 99% @20um. silicone ADBV and base gasket with coil spring and integral bypass valve. hard to beat unless buying directly under the premium guard name. (make sure you get a PG XL filter)

Those small Kubotas aren"t picky, just get whatever you can find locally for a good price and keep up with regular service. I would rather spend some extra $ on the cooling system. I cracked a cylinder wall in my RTV by getting it too hot.
