YUP even to my untrained eyes that seemed high.I have to wonder if it was a typo as the Chevron Supreme 10W-30 had a flash point of 365 F.

Put this oil in a car or truck that burns oil. Forget the STP Oil Treatment. This oil would be flat out great in any vehicle that used (burned) oil.

How about other Kendall motor oils? ,If they all have such high flash points, then they would probably be great in any oil burner or in the sludge monster vehicles.

Anybody who has a car, truck, van, or SUV that burns oil, here is your oil.

I worked as a wrench/pump jockey at a Chevron station in 74.
the Delos were all red then.
I think some standards are:
Red....transmission fluids, aircraft hyd
orange ...THFs
Yellow.....suspension/strut
Blue...2-stroke
purple...marked gasoline/diesel
Green????
SUS = cSt/4.6 what is the math for that?
57.1 = about a 12
495F is very good for a 30
500F is typical for a 40
High flash points normally indicate a very good base oil and hot temperature performance.

userfriendly,

Green stands for "oils so superior that they will leave the others in the dust, haaaaaaah!"

Even Petro Cannuck?
Contrary to popular board opinion, I like the additive level of that Ken doll stuff.
Leave out what you don't need because the oil does the lubricating.
I wonder if Barbie has her own oil too?

I haven't heard any rave reviews for Barbie, but I don't remember any negatives on the Ken Doll oil...however, I didn't research all the UOAs.

I've used a single grade most of my cars for most of the time, but I am considering to try a 10/30
or a 15/40, I'd like to see if I can hold the burn down and increase any gas milage since I think I have reached break in on my engine.

Just a test!

I've been with a straight 30 for all but the first 20-26K of 378K, and I boost it with a VI to around 38-40 weight, been thinking on that 15/40
but I guess I should try them both, I guess If I don't like it I can always mix my 30 with them.
