Kendall GT-1 Experience

My car recently gained 1-1.5 mpg as well. At first I thought it was due to purchasing different gas in different states (live in KS, work in MO). However, I think it's mainly due to the temp. It was 90s/100s all summer. We hit a cool spell and have been in the 60s-70s lately. I leave the A/C off until it gets near 80.

I don't run with my windows down either. Vent-only until it nears 80. Results will vary per car. I always manually control my auto-temp.

The history of this car is that my company has had it since new. The person that drove from new until I took it over had an 80 mile round trip commute and drove it on occasional trips. The car has been serviced every 5000 miles with Havoline until I was transferred to our other plant.

Please bear in mind that I have merely observed a change (increased fuel mileage) and a change point (now using Kendall).I was just asking if anyone else has had the same experience. I am still using the air everyday. We haven't cooled down that much in the south.
