Saw some discouraging news about the problem the shipbuilders are having with retaining trained workers. Seems that the retention rate of newly trained workers is only 53%. I would say a lot of them simply did not understand just how hard some shipbuilding jobs are. I worked in a shipyard and have seen the work span of some trades.
