If you have a discount tire near by, the fix is at least free besides your time.
Ya but a 1/2 day wait as they are always so busy. The tire store next to us wants $25 to patch it with a regular patch, not a plug patch.

I wiggled it and it's leaking when wiggled. Didn't lose any air so I drove it home. I just hate to plug a nearly new tire.

Where did you buy the tires from?

I would pay the $25 and have them do the regular patch. That’s a decent price, and a solid repair on a nearly-new tire that you’re going to keep for a long time.

Plug for now - Tiger tails.
add a patch when convenient. You don't want the rain you never get pushed in between the belts.
That’s another reason I carry fresh glue - lubes the plug and seals belts from water … I tend to get them patched later - but not interrupting my plans or messing with spare tires etc …
(and DT is 40 minutes away) …
